Will I work directly with Jasmine?

A: Yes — Jasmine is actively involved in coaching, feedback, and support throughout the challenge. You’ll hear from her during live Zoom sessions, inside the app, and in your personalized plan reviews.

 I’m in perimenopause / menopause. Will this still work for me?

A: YES. This program is specifically designed for women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s. Many of our most successful clients have reversed stubborn weight gain, improved joint pain, and balanced their hormones with this method.

When are the live workouts and how long are they?

A: You only need to attend ONE live Zoom workout per week — but you’re welcome to join as many as you’d like. These sessions are legendary and in high demand. Past clients often email us begging to get back in!

Sundays & Wednesdays – 3:30 p.m.

What equipment do I need?

A: You’ll need:
✔️ A digital scale
✔️ A light and heavy set of dumbbells (at least 5 lbs)
✔️ An activity tracker or heart rate monitor

I have knee issues, back pain, or other limitations — are there modifications?

A: YES, babe! There are modifications for everything. Whether it’s low-impact options or strength alternatives, we’ve got you. If you’re under a doctor’s care for a major condition, we’ll just need medical clearance before you begin. Your safety comes first — but your results are still comin’! 

What if I’m going out of town during the challenge?

A: No problem at all! Simply fill out the Out of Town Form inside the app, and we’ll accommodate your travel schedule. Whether it’s a vacation, work trip, or family event — we’ve got you covered with flexible options to help you stay on track.

What if I’ve tried everything and nothing has worked for me?
