In addition to tracking your progress, I will go live every week to guide you through the next steps needed to reach your goals.
During these sessions, we will discuss essential topics such as carbohydrates, emotional eating, meal prepping for families, fueling for workouts, and more. I'll also address any questions the team may have.

Sundays & Wednesdays – 3:30 p.m.

⏰ Plan for 90 minutes total (from log-on to log-off) to allow time for coaching, warm-up, the full workout, and Q&A.

A: You’ll need:

A: YES, babe! There are modifications for everything. Whether it’s low-impact options or strength alternatives, we’ve got you. If you’re under a doctor’s care for a major condition, we’ll just need medical clearance before you begin. Your safety comes first — but your results are still comin’!
A: No problem at all! Simply fill out the Out of Town Form inside the app, and we’ll accommodate your travel schedule. Whether it’s a vacation, work trip, or family event — we’ve got you covered with flexible options to help you stay on track.
